Welcome to TaskWhite! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TaskWhite.com website, software, and services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by M/s TaskWhite ("TaskWhite," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By using TaskWhite, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
TaskWhite offers a Free Plan for up to 3 users with full feature access. Paid plans are billed based strictly on the number of users (seats) in your organization. All tiers, including the Free Plan, include the same core feature set. We may change our pricing with prior notice, but price changes will only affect future billing cycles.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
TaskWhite operates on a strict no-refund policy for partial months or unused time. If you cancel, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the Free tier or be suspended if over the Free limit.
You agree to use TaskWhite responsibly. You may not:
The user who creates a workspace is the "Owner." The Owner has ultimate authority over the workspace, including the ability to delete it, manage billing, and assign Admin roles.
Owners can grant Admin permissions to other users. Admins can invite or remove users and modify settings. Owners and designated billing contacts are responsible for ensuring timely payment.
You retain all ownership rights to the data, tasks, comments, files, and activity logs you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant TaskWhite a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you. You are entirely responsible for the content you and your team upload.
TaskWhite may integrate with third-party tools. Your use of these tools is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance or security of third-party services.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time to improve the product.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or abusive behavior. In case of termination for non-payment, we will provide prior notice to allow you to rectify the issue.
TaskWhite retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its code, design, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information and use it only as necessary to fulfill these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskWhite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold TaskWhite harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your User Content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pune, India.
